4. Engaging our services

Engaging our services is formalized through a detailed proposal, expressly accepted by the client, specifying the project scope, the number of revision rounds, estimated timelines, and pricing. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, projects are paid through a deposit at the start and the remainder at completion, before delivery of the final files.

5. Revisions and project scope

Each proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions or scope changes not covered in the original proposal may involve an extra cost, which will be communicated to the client before any work proceeds.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this website (text, designs, logos, illustrations, and images) is owned by CreativeDigitalInfinite or its clients, as applicable, and is protected under intellectual property law. Unless expressly authorized, reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited. Once a project is completed and paid in full, usage rights to the final design transfer to the client as agreed in the corresponding proposal. CreativeDigitalInfinite reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless an express confidentiality agreement with the client states otherwise.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

CreativeDigitalInfinite does not guarantee specific commercial results from the use of the creative work delivered, as these depend on multiple factors outside our control. CreativeDigitalInfinite is not responsible for service interruptions caused by hosting providers or other third parties outside our direct control.
